Roles and Responsibilities

The matters that the interns need to handle and draft on their own are Civil and Criminal Writs, Bail Applications, Civil Suits, Matrimonial pleadings, Notices, Agreements, Commercial Suits, PIL’S etc.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates are required to strictly follow timelines, without any excuses.
• Candidates should have very good drafting skills and good command over both spoken and written English.
• Candidates are required to handle matters both logically and legally, to ensure full protection to the client in all non litigation matters; and to also ensure his/her win (to the best of your ability) in each litigation matter.
• Candidates are required to play the role of the devil’s Advocate, the Judge and then the role of your clients Advocate in every work, whether litigation or non litigation.
• The Candidates are required to have very good communication skills (leaving no scope whatsoever for any chaos or confusions, whilst dealing with me, my team or my clients)
• The Candidate should have his/her own Laptop/computer.

Stipend

• The internship would be for a bare minimum of 6 months and I will be paying the interns in two installments i.e. minimum Rs. 10,000 per month upto Rs. 15,000 per month (depending on their capabilities and deliverables), for the first three months.
• The said minimum amount of Rs. 30,000/- or Rs. 45,000/- (as the case may be) will be paid at the end of the 3rd month.
• Thereafter there will be a hike of 50% on the last internship allowance for the next three months. The said amount of 15,000 or 22,500/- per month will be paid cumulatively at the end of 6th month, along with a certificate.
