While refusing to entertain the plea, a Division Bench of Justices L Nageswara Rao and BR Gavai asked Khan to first approach the Allahabad High Court.
“Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Allahabad High Court and ask for the expeditious disposal of the concerned application. Needless to say, the High Court should take into account the concern of the petitioner and dispose of the plea expeditiously,” the Court stated in its order.
