Earth Rhythm – a smart, conscience and clinically effective skincare & wellness brand has appointed Arun Kumar as Co-founder. Till recently, Arun was the Country Manager of Dynata – a US-based global online market research firm where he spearheaded the India operations and was instrumental in developing the business and team. Since joining and taking over the team in 2013, Dynata’s revenues more than tripled, and as did his team size. He was also a part of the APAC Management team and was involved in contributing to the regional initiatives that needed his expertise.
At Earth Rhythm, Arun will be closely working with Harini (Founder & CEO) to drive the vision and accelerate the overall growth, focussing mainly on the D2C business. His responsibilities will involve strategic planning, GTM strategy, budgeting, marketing & sales along with leading & mentoring teams.

Arun has almost two decades of corporate experience in ensuring business success through the application of strategic initiatives with a fortified track record of building high-energy teams. His experience spans business development, P&< management, strategy, and client engagement in the realms of research & consulting. In his career, he has worked with some of the fabled companies like IQVIA, Datamonitor, Frost & Sullivan, etc., where he has been successful in setting up, leading & inspiring teams, and being responsible for growth curves.
