Ingredients  

  • 1 egg
  • Ā½ cup whole milk
  • Ā½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup bisquick/any instant pancake mix
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions 

  • Take a mixing bowl and beat the egg well.

  • Add milk and vanilla and mix well or whisk well.

  • Add the pancake mix and brown sugar.

  • Whisk all the ingredients well without any lumps.

  • Add melted butter and mix well.

  • Heat a non stick pan or a skillet.

  • Grease it lightly.

  • Pour a ladle full of batter on the centre of the hot griddle.

  • Cook the bottom side well on medium heat.

  • Flip and cook the other side too until it is perfectly cooked.

  • Now use different fruits, candies, nuts, seeds or cereals and make spooky or ghost or monster character appearances.

  • Can use sliced bananas and bluerries to make monster eyes and use cereals or big seeds to make teeth of ghost.

  • Use any fruits from the kitchen and get creative to give the pancakes ghostly appearance.
