About the Organizer
Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC) is a non-profit company registered under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956. Built in the year 2005 by the Palkhivala Foundation in memory of the legendary jurist Nani Palkhivala , it is the only arbitration institute recognised by the Madras High Court in South India.
