Call for Papers by Journal of the Faculty of Law on Right to Privacy and Social Media (Issue 10): Submit by Jan 28

School of law, Mody University of Science and Technology’s Journal of the Faculty of Law is inviting submissions by way of a Call for Papers, on the theme Right to Privacy and Social Media.

About the Faculty of Law

Faculty of Law now ‘School of law’ was established in 2007 and admits over more than hundred women every year in LL.B., LL.M. and Ph.D. programs. It undertakes extension activities in and around Laxmangarh providing social context of law and clinical education in problem solving techniques.

School of Law has been conferred with Institutional Excellence Award-2016, by Society of Indian Law Firms- Menon Institute of Legal Advocacy Training.

About the Journal

School of law, Mody University of Science and Technology is publishing a Journal – ‘Journal of the Faculty of Law’ for the last few years.

They have already published 9 volumes of the same. It is a peer-reviewed journal and has ISSN no. 2347-758X. It was also UGC-approved journal no. 62469 (2019).

The theme of the journal is ‘Right to Privacy and Social Media – A Constitutional Conundrum’.

It seeks to serve as a platform for the threadbare discussion of the contemporary National and International developments in the field of socio-legal problems and newer developments of law hitherto untouched. The Journal had also the privilege of publishing the articles of some of the stalwarts of the Legal arena.

Submission Guidelines

  • Submissions must be made in Microsoft Office (doc./docx.) formats only.
  • The submission must be the original work of the authors and should be free from all grammatical and spelling errors. It must comprehensively analyze the Theme of the Journal.
  • The manuscript body must be in the font ‘Times New Roman,’ font-size 12, line spacing 1.5, and the text should be justified.
  • All footnotes must be in Font ‘Times New Roman’, font size 10, line spacing 1.5, and justified.
  • All submissions must follow the Bluebook (20th Edition).
  • Non-conformity will be a ground for rejection.
  • All the articles must carry an abstract of not more than 250 words.
  • The article may be of 3500 words to 8000 words.
  • Since it’s a peer reviewed Journal, the decision of the reviewers would be final.
  • Abstract must reach us by January 28, 2022.
