Central Government clears appointment of advocates DM Desai, MK Thakker as additional judges of Gujarat High Court

The resolution passed by the Supreme Court Collegium stated that the Gujarat High Court Collegium comprising of the then Chief Justice and two senior-most Judges unanimously made the recommendation on September 26, 2022.

Further, the Chief Minister and the Governor of the State of Gujarat had also concurred with the recommendation, the resolution stated.
