VITEZ University bases its vision of the future on the assumptions that societies in the region of Southeast and Eastern Europe are in the process of changes, reforms, and transitions towards civil democratic society, which is characterized by parliamentary pluralism, the rule of law, the rule of law and a market economy with the dominance of private ownership. 

About the Call for Papers

For the purpose of promoting and improvement of scientific research in all areas of law (legal theory and practice) and other associated social sciences, the Editorial Board of University VITEZ Proceedings of the Faculty of Law announces a call for papers, for all interested authors, to deliver their papers for The 9th Proceedings of the Faculty of Law – University VITEZ.

Proceedings are published once a year and are indexed in the HeinOnline, C.E.E.O.L. (Central and Eastern European Online Library), EZB (Elektronische Zeitschriftenbibliothek), and ROAD (Directory of Open Access scholarly Resources) database.

All areas of law.

Submission Guidelines

• The maximum length of other papers can be up to 8 A4 pages, half of a sheet, or up to 17,800 characters.
• Abstracts of up to 150 words will be added to papers, in one of the official languages in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in the English language as well.
• Up to 5 keywords will be added to papers.
• The maximum length of original, reviewed, and professional papers can be one sheet, 16 A4 pages, or 35,600 characters.
• The text of the paper is submitted as a Microsoft Word document, with the use of Times New Roman, font size 12 pt., with the possibility of using bold, italic, and other modifications.
• Each of the four margins must be 2.5 cm in size.
• The title of the paper is written in Times New Roman font, bold, size 16 pt.
• Notes are written in font size 10. Notes are at the bottom of the text (“Footnotes”).
