The petitioner advocate Satish Sharma, practicing before the Saket Court, claimed that he sustained injuries in a road accident when cows and bulls fighting on the street, hit him while he was trying to cross the road.
He submitted that he had filed a complaint about the same to the concerned authorities, but no action was taken for removing such stray cattle from the roads.
