Delhi High Court notice to Sharad Yadav on plea by Central govt seeking his eviction from official MP bungalow in Delhi

The applications were filed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) in an already pending petition by Yadav.

Yadav had approached the High Court in 2017 challenging his disqualification from Rajya Sabha. While hearing the petition, the Court had allowed him to avail the official perks and facilities of an MP including the use of his official residence, 7, Tughlak Road, till it decided the petition.
