On the occasion of celebrating Constitution Day, Sanjhi Sikhiya in collaboration with the Bar Council of Haryana and Punjab organizes a discussion on the social perspective of legal frameworks and policy implementations.

About the Discussion
They have invited our honourable Justices as guests to share with us the development, current trends and their experiences since the introduction of the Right to Education Act enshrined in the Constitution under Article 21A.
The distinguished guests will address the audience about the issues and challenges in realizing the 73rd amendment to the Constitution of India in its spirit. They will expand on the Panchayati Raj Act and its promise of strengthening local democracy.
A panel discussion with prominent lawyers on how young people can contribute towards the betterment of society by being active citizens who are aware of their rights and duties will follow.
Sanjhi Sikhiya will introduce the inculcation of legal aid and basic legal understanding in their existing programmes for young people in rural Punjab proposing to periodically invite lawyers to speak.
This part will help all children understand the importance of being legally aware citizens by understanding basic legal knowledge and how it can be useful in their daily lives.
