The order further said that the Hindi stenographer had written to the Commission stating that he could not type when dictated to in English, because of which he was under mental stress.
“The other Hindi steno Sh. Suman Kumar Singh, who is although P.A. yet is not able to take dictation in English Language and has given in writing to this Commission that he is Hindi Steno and not able to take dictation in English language and due to which he is under mental stress…” it said.
It also stated that the other Hindi stenographer was new and was also not able to type when dictated to in English.
“Therefore, Order is not possible, till the time English Steno joins the duty back and takes the dictation. Put up for Order on 19.12.2022.,” the order recorded.
