NLU Delhi in collaboration with Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies is conducting its 8th India National Rounds of the IBA International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition 2023.
About NLU Delhi
National Law University, Delhi was established in 2008 by Act No. 1 of 2008 of NCT Delhi in the National Capital Territory of Delhi with the initiative of the High Court of Delhi.
About the Competition
The ICC Moot Court Competition is one of the most prestigious moots hosted and organized annually by the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies of Leiden University, The Hague Campus, with the institutional support of the International Criminal Court and International Bar Association.

How to Register?
- Registration is now open for the India National Rounds of the Competition.
- Teams can register by filling out the Registration Form and Consent Form and sending a copy to iccmoot[at]nludelhi.ac.in.
- The registration form can be accessed from the link provided at the end of this post.
Registration Fee
The registration fee shall be INR 15,000 per team, regardless of the number of members in a team.
Awards and Rewards
The following awards would be given to the participants:
- Winner
- First Runner-up
- Second Runner-up
- Best Speaker (on the basis of performance in the Preliminary Rounds)
- Best Memorial Overall.
- Upon the completion of the entire program, each participant shall receive a certificate of participation.
Important Dates
- Commencement of Registration – November 1, 2022.
- Last date of Registration – December 11, 2022.
- Deadlines for sending queries for clarifications on the moot problem- December 12, 2022.
- Last date for making changes to team composition- January 13, 2023.
- Last Date for payment of participation fees- January 13, 2023.
- Deadline for memorial submission – February 12, 2023.
- Competition Dates – March 17 to 19, 2023.
