About the Advocate
Divanshu Gupta is licensed to practice law in India. He is an advocate and legal consultant. For the initial part of his career, he was with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (Mumbai Office) and advised banks and companies on setting up infrastructure projects in India and abroad on a project finance basis.
Currently, he practices in Jaipur, India, and appears regularly before the High Court, DRT, NCLT, District & Sessions Court, and all other fora and tribunals. He enjoys dealing with complex legal issues to come out with simple solutions.
His pro-bono interests include the co-relation of law, poverty, and the environment. He continues to be academically inclined and provides training for moot courts, CV writing, and optimum utilization of time, to law students.
About the Opportunity
They are looking for law students to join us for an internship (short/long term – on-site and not virtual) on an immediate basis at our office in Jaipur.

Roles & Responsibilities
The broad area of work is civil and commercial litigation along with white-collar crime matters. There will also be transactional law /drafting work. It would also include day-to-day discussion on ongoing matters along with attending their proceedings.
