About Registrar of Companies
The Registrar of Companies (ROC) is an office under the Indian Ministry of Corporate Affairs that deals with the administration of the Companies Act, 2013, The Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, The Company Secretaries Act, 1980, and The Chartered Accountants Act, 1949.
The office deals with compliances such as approval of e-forms, Mergers and Acquisitions, Prospectus, CSR, and Nidhi Companies as well as enforcement measures which include inquiry, inspection, and investigation under the Companies Act, 2013.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is a statutory body set up under an act of Parliament, the Company Secretaries Act, of 1980, to regulate and develop the profession of Company Secretaries in India.

Executive/Professional Pass.
Salary
- Rs. 15,000 for Executive passed.
- Rs. 20,000 for Professional passed.
