Roles and Responsibilities
- Create policies and for running the Incubation Centre
- Evaluate start‐up applicants for incubation
- Outreach and business development activities to attract and onboard deserving entrepreneurs and start‐ups.
- Enable entrepreneurs to access relevant resources and connections across the entire life cycle in the incubator including ideation, innovation, acceleration, investment and scale‐ up stages
- Conduct workshops/ knowledge sessions/ events for start‐ups, entrepreneurs etc.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology/ Master’s Degree in Science or Technology from a recognized University.
- 35 Years age limit.
- Minimum of 2‐5 years of experience with due weightage to years of experience working with entrepreneurs, start‐ups, incubators or providing incubation consultancy.
- Hands‐on experience in equity management, fundraising, company valuation, early stage technology assets management.
- Experience in dealing with the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
Salary
Between ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 pm fixed consolidated on the basis of qualifications and experience.
