About the Opportunity
This is an on-site job opportunity based in Mumbai. The work role will include, handling all Legal & Compliance issues related to LAP.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Looking after all the legal matters related to LAP like vetting/Scrutiny of L.S.R, Valuation Reports, etc.
- Prepared & Drafted Mortgages for various states to control the risk of business.
- Drafting & Vetting of various Agreements and Deeds in relation to property, Mortgages.
- Guiding the talent identification and development process for the function.
- Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning.
- Handling end-to-end all CERSAI matters on the CERSAI portal which involves uploading, ID generation, preparation of master file, removal from the portal on loan closure.
- Handling all Legal & Compliance issues related to LAP.
- Well Versed with the Stamp Duty and its applicability.
Eligibility
- Educational Qualifications: LLB from a reputed University in India.
- Experience Profile : 3- 6 years.
- Personality Traits: Good Communication Skills with Good Drafting and underwriting skills.
