The Court remarked that the officials concerned have lost their sensitivity and are not concerned with public problems, as they have delayed the matter of installation numerous times.
The Court, therefore, began directing that the salary of the Principal Secretary, Medical Education would not be disbursed until the MRI machine is installed and made operational.
However, at the request of Additional Government Advocate Dhyan Chinnappa, the court directed that the order of withholding the salary be kept in abeyance until the next date.
