Nephew of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose moves Calcutta High Court to bring back mortal remains from Japan; seeks action against distorting history

As per the petitioner, following reports are declassified by current government which conclusively established that Netaji died on August 18, 1945 in an air crash in Taiwan:

8) Taiwanese govt report, June 1956,

9) Shan Nawaz Khan Committee report, Aug 1956,

10) Justice Khosla Commission report, 1974.
