The Chief Minister (CM) was speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the Delhi High Court’s newly built ‘S’ Block building.
“Let us make Delhi a pilot project. No case in Delhi should go on for more than 6 months. However much funding is needed for this, my government will ensure that this funding is given. We want this pilot project to be an ideal (one) for the entire country and the world,” he said.
