However, Justice Narendar requested that he be retained at Bangalore for a period of 3 to 4 months and further requested for his transfer to neighbouring States i.e. Telangana, Tamil Nadu or Andhra Pradesh.
“Mr Justice Narendar G has accepted the proposal for his transfer. He has, however, by a representation dated 6 August 2023 requested for his retention at Bangalore for a period of 3-4 months and has further requested for his transfer to neighbouring States i.e. Telangana, Tamil Nadu or Andhra Pradesh,” the resolution stated.
