In a notification issued on December 6, the Bar Council said that the lawyers cannot practice till the disposal of the disciplinary proceedings initiated against them by the bar body.
The notification stated,
“It is hereby notified for the general information of the public that the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry had passed prohibitory order against the following advocates from practicing as advocates in all courts, tribunals and other authorities in India either in their name or in any assumed name.”
