John also pointed out that the screenshots had private information of both the accused and non-accused persons.
“We do not want it to become something else…I believe that many tweets are there of Lawbeat. Can Lawbeat be asked to delete the tweets?” urged John.
Prasad, on the other hand, said that an application can be moved by the accused, in which case the Court can consider passing orders.
“What is appropriate is fair. I would request ma’am to move an application and Court can pass orders,” he submitted.
The Court is expected to pass an order on this aspect.
