The ADR Board of V.M Salgaocar College of Law is proud to once again provide students and professionals with an opportunity to participate in an Interactive Certification course by way of their KNOWLEDGE SESSIONS.
Knowledge Sessions are training sessions that are conducted for students as well as professionals from all fields.
The three-day online course comprising six sessions will be held from 19th to 21st February 2022 (5 PM – 7 PM IST) on the Online Platform Zoom.
The course provides the opportunity to learn the essential skills and values to become an effective negotiator and a skilled mediator. Experienced and highly qualified International ADR experts will delve into the theoretical aspects of negotiation and mediation as well as provide hands-on practical experience with role-playing simulations.
Resource Persons
The resource persons for the course include Mr. Gregory Bond, Ms. Kimberly Schreiber, Mr Charles LaFond, Mr. E.O Mendes, Mr Thomas Valenti & Ms. Catherine Davidson.
With a diverse international panel, the sessions are guaranteed to bring a new aspect to ADR learning and give students a foundation to better prepare for International and National ADR Competitions.
Certification
With the enrollment to this Knowledge, Sessions participants are entitled to a Digital Certification on completion of the course as well as an opportunity to view the Final Round of Lex Infinitum 2022.

The syllabus for the course has been carefully selected to ensure that the six sessions will provide an overview to Alternative Dispute Resolution.

- Negotiation in the Workplace
Registration Details
The knowledge sessions are open to Students and Professionals in all fields. Applicants are requested to register by filling the google form before the 15th of February 2022. Limited Capacity available, registration on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The registration fee is as follows:
- Students: Rs. 1000/-
- Professionals & Others: Rs. 1500/-
- Lex Infinitum registrants: Rs. 800/-
