IT firm Tech Mahindra said on Tuesday it has procured the board advisor Eventus Solutions Group for $44 million (Rs 328 crore) as it hopes to fortify its counseling abilities.
The arrangement with Colorado-based Eventus is relied upon to reinforce counseling administrations in client experience and client the executives spaces, Tech Mahindra said.
Established in 2009, Eventus offers start to finish client commitment arrangements, for example, methodology counseling, cloud-based instruments and mechanization benefits, and oversaw administrations.
The organization had timed income of $33.2 million for the monetary year finished December 31.
The news comes seven days after IT organization Tech Mahindra had purchased California-based DigitalOnUs for $120 million to support its half breed cloud contributions for big business clients all around the world.
