In his defence, Fuzail argued through advocates Kaif Mohammad and Aman Kumar, that he was falsely implicated in the case with ulterior motives.
He claimed that the complainant had been to his shop and there was a dispute with regard to the payment and therefore, he was framed in this case on the basis of a concocted story.
Fuzail highlighted the fact that there has been no forensic test of the juice from his shop and, thus, he should be granted bail.
