Duties and Responsibilities

The selected candidates would be required to study the EV industry and the need for creating Charging Infrastructure for smooth e-Mobility adoption. The candidate would be expected to fully learn the policies and pulse of the EV industry and prove their competence during the probation period in order to get a confirmed position in the organization.

The candidates’ job would be to:

1. Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
2. Working independently and coordinate with all the concerned departments
   internally in the company as and when required.
3. Assisting the directors in all legal matters
4. Liasoning with the external counsel for ongoing litigation
5. Handling end to end activities related to legal
6. Drafting and vetting of various agreements
7. Coordinating with our solicitor for finalizing company legal document.
8. Making and following up with Government application and registration.
9. Making and following up with application and compliance under Make in India
   Initiative.

Key Skills

Strong IQ and EQ, eloquent and good articulation skills, impressive persona and
positive attitude, willingness to learn and excel, ability to work within deadlines,
courage to think and work out of the box.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Qualification: Bachelors in law (Graduates/ Pursuing 3 or 4 th year)
• Should have Knowledge about Indian Companies Act 2013.
• Should have Knowledge about Indian Contract Act 1872.
• Should have knowledge about Intellectual Property Rights.

  • Patent Acts 1970/2005
  • Copyright Act 1957
• Strong working track on Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint, Excel and word.
• Should be willing to learn legal Compliance of Tech Companies. Testimonials will add
