First Day Formalities, Infrastructure, First Impression
Line On the very first day every intern was asked to introduce themselves and on the same day an induction meet was organized we were informed that the internship will consist of four tasks and in the same meeting we were assigned our first task.
Main Tasks
In the very first meeting, I was assigned our first task. In our first task, I was asked to choose a topic and write a research paper on it and for this, I got a time of one week. And the mentors helped all the interns by conducting constant meetings and calls and introduced us to various research methodologies, citation methods and in general how to conduct research on a topic.
After a week when I had completed our first task, I got the second task, for the second task which I was asked to write a case comment on a recent judgment. For this, also I got the time of almost one week.
After the successful completion of the second task, I got the third task, in which I was asked to write a Judgment, I was assigned a sample Judgment and a proposition for the same.
After the third task, I got the last task I.e., the fourth task and I was asked to draft a consumer complaint and a sample draft and sample problem for the same was provided to me.
These tasks were new to many interns but the team leaders helped us a lot and guided us constantly whenever we got stuck. The team leaders were closely watching our work, progress, and efforts and helped us whenever we need any help.
Also, as interns, we used to cooperate and help each other sometimes. We got our internship certificate after the internship got over. This was my first writing internship and I learnt a lot in this internship. Overall, it was a very good experience, I got many good connections and contacts through this internship.
Work Environment
The organization constantly strives to provide quality work and environment to its interns.
Good things
You will get proper guidance and assistance from the team leaders during the entire internship period.
Overall, it is a good organization to intern at, for those who are looking for good legal writing internship experience. One will expect to learn research and writing skills through this internship.
The team leaders are friendly and always available to help and guide the interns with their work. They provide proper guidance to the interns.

I didn’t find anything bad about this internship.

No, it was not a paid internship so, I didn’t get any stipend.
Anything Else
I think as a law student it’s really important to know how to conduct research on a topic and how to write on a legal issue and this internship helps me get these skills.
