SBI Card is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Senior Manager based out in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieving recovery targets as per MOU.
- Managing and overseeing the day-to-day collection cases across the zone.
- Support for handling escalations raised by the customers through various modes (courts, quasi-judicial forums, investigating authorities, etc.) of legal collection activities.
- Drafting necessary legal documents for providing legal collection.
- Initiate proactive legal initiatives to safeguard organizational employees’ interest in situations arising out of collections.
- Ensure that the company is adequately represented in collection matters.
- Monitor the performance of law firms for collection activities.
- Overseeing and managing legal tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in legal collection.
- Drafting responses to legal notices; summons; pleadings etc.
- Market awareness in terms of collections best practices.
