Name and address of the organization

Duration of internship
From: 02/01/2023 Till: 31/01/2023
How did you apply for the internship?
I applied through my college placement cell. After shortlisting my CV, I had to appear for a telephone interview.
First day formalities, infrastructure, first impression
On the first day, we were introduced to Mr. Sudhir Reddy, who is a well-spoken and very humble person. I was assigned to the corporate team. Every day, I had to fill out an entry sheet where I had to fill in my reporting and exiting time, which was to be signed by one of my seniors.
Main tasks
The main tasks of the day included making legal notes about any research topic assigned to me (litigation as well as corporate), along with writing 2 legal news daily. Apart from that, once a week, I used to write for the firm’s weekly blogs as well. All the work was research-based.
Work environment
The work environment was very friendly. Everyone at RRLF makes sure you don’t feel like an outsider, including Mr. Sudhir Reddy himself. The seniors are helpful as well as encouraging.
If you are unable to do a certain task, you can simply approach them and they help you like a friend. Honestly, that was the best part- learning without being scared to ask questions.
Good things
The people- Interns, Associates, everyone.
Bad things
Nothing as such. But yes, the research work does feel monotonous at times.
Stipend
No stipend.
Details about accommodation and commute
I live in Pune, so accommodation and travel weren’t an issue.
Anything else?
Being my first corporate internship, it was very enriching. I learned about the corporate work style. The random conversations with the seniors were equally fun!
