Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensuring Compliance through E-compliance Module – Coordination with various stakeholders.
- Recovery Process through Arbitration, Section 138, Civil Suit, etc.
- Guidance Note on BG Format, Invocation process, etc.
- Representing FD – Mahindra in all Legal Suits.
- Managing Power of Attorney for various stakeholders.
- Any other legal matters.
Eligibility Criteria
LLM/ LLB.
Skills
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with internal customers promoting the value of the legal function.
- Proactive engagement with business teams to understand their spoken and unspoken needs and coordination with business legal teams.
- Identification of the issues while introducing processes and monitoring mechanisms.
- Monitoring and supervising the implementation of the best practices such as standardization of the documents, awareness sessions, etc.
- Ability to ask appropriate questions to the business to understand the requirement and the structure of the documentation.
- Ability to turn around inquiries quickly and tackle issues at short notice.
- Ability to work effectively with a range of people and the ability to deliver advice in a clear and user-friendly way.
