Number of Vacancies
4 vacancies are made available for the purpose of a company secretary internship based out in Haryana.
Roles and Responsibilities
- The selected candidates will gain relevant experience in handling compliance-related tasks for both listed and unlisted companies.
- The relevant experience includes compliance requirements with regulatory bodies such as the ROC, RBI, SEBI, and NBFC & compliances under intellectual property rights (IPR), taxation, Legal Metrology, and Medical devices as well as drafting legal opinions and conducting research on various laws.
Eligibility Criteria
Preference will be given to candidates who have passed all groups or at least one group of the CS professional exams are eligible to apply.
Stipend
The interns will receive a minimum monthly stipend of Rs. 7,000/-
