Karnataka State Financial Corporation (KSFC) is a State level Financial Institution established by the State Government in the year 1959 under the State Financial Corporations Act 1951 to cater to the long-term and short-term financial needs of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the State of Karnataka.
About the Opportunity
Applications are invited from qualified and eligible candidates belonging to the ‘Residual Cadre’ region posts of Deputy Manager (Legal).
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates in Law (with 60% and above marks for General Merit and Backward Class & 55% and above for SC/ST candidates) from any recognized University in India
- Two (02) years experience as a practising advocate/ in financial institutions/ Banks/ reputed Company which is registered with the Registrar of Companies including LLPs.
- Hands-on experience in using personal computers covering Windows, Spreadsheet, Word Processors and Database

Applications should be sent by post in a cover superscribing the post applied for “Application for the Post of Deputy Manager (Legal)” to the following address: The Managing Director, KSFC Head Office, KSFC Bhavana, No.1/1, Thimmaiah Road, Bengaluru 560052.
The candidates should pay the application fee by way of a Demand Draft (DD) obtained from any nationalized bank and drawn in favour of “KSFC, Bengaluru” and enclose the original DD along with the filled application failing which the application will not be entertained
Selection Process
Recruitment to the post of Deputy Manager (Legal) will be made strictly on merit based on the marks secured in written Tests (weightage 75%), interviews (weightage 12.50%), qualifying exam (weightage 12.50%) after duly following existing reservation policies of Government of Karnataka issued from time to time.
