Peer Review Of Article

Unlike majority of publications out there, we never claim to review the papers in 48 hours or 72 hours. No review is done in 48 hours. We follow a double-blind peer review process and it takes a minimum of 4 days to a maximum of 6 days to complete that too depending on the length of the paper. All reviews are done by faculty members and not be any student.

If our reviewers find that the paper is not of publishing quality, we will reject the paper.

If our reviewers are of the opinion that the author can make certain changes to improve the paper, we email those reviewer’s suggestions to the authors and we give authors a 48 hours windows to resubmit the modified paper after which the paper may get accepted.

If our reviewers approve the paper, we will send you the acceptance email. In case you do not receive any acceptance/ rejection/ modification email from our end even on the 6th day of the submission, please feel free to drop us an email to thelawbrigade@gmail.com with the subject “Attn: Requesting Review Report for Submission ID 1234” (The submission ID is provided via email after submission)

Indexing of Your Content

Unlike the majority of publications, we do not engage in indexing our research in any ragtag or shady indexing agencies such as I2OR, Cosmos, IIOR, PIF etc).

We only index our articles in Google Scholar (check here) where we have the highest number of citations, h-index and i10-index compared to any other journal in India.

We are in the process of indexing our articles in HeinOnline (which will be completed in the next 45-60 days).

We have also applied for UGC Care Listing, Scopus & WoS Social Science Citation Index.

If you are looking for 10+ or 14+ or 20+ shady indexing, then please avoid our journal. Only submit your paper if you have real understanding of indexing and value genuine indexing.

Preservation of Article

The Law Brigade Group has a preservation policy in place as a fail-safe mechanism. We deposit your research papers in various repositories so that in difficult times you are unable to access the journal due to any unforeseeable reasons, your article will still be accessible via the repository.

How to Submit?

Authors should submit their articles only via the online submission form provided towards the end of this post.

Article Processing Charge/ Publication Fees

Article Processing Charges (APCs) are essential for the sustainability of open-access journals. These charges cover various expenses associated with the publication of an article, such as the first and second peer review editor’s fees (since it’s a double-blind peer review), server and hosting expenses, website maintenance, and lifetime article preservation.

We are among the only few journals who have scrutinize the article using Turnitin. We have to pay for expensive software like Turnitin to check for plagiarism and for CrossRef DOI registration, which is also expensive. Without these charges, journals cannot afford to maintain their online platforms, pay for the editorial and technical staff, or preserve the published content for future generations.

Therefore, APCs play a crucial role in ensuring the long-term viability of open-access journals, which offer a way to increase the visibility and impact of research by making it freely accessible to anyone with an internet connection.

  • APC For Indian Authors – Rs. 1500 (for upto 5 Authors)
  • APC For International Authors – USD 50 (for upto 5 Authors)
