Advocate Giriraj Subramanium appeared for Grover today and told the Court that he is tendering an apology and giving an undertaking that he would not do anything in violation of the Court’s orders.
Subramanium told the Court that Grover has taken down his tweets as well.
Senior Advocate Akhil Sibal, appearing for BharatPe, argued that by the time he deleted his tweets, they were picked up by the media and the damage was already done.
