Kerala High Court to hold in-camera hearing in anticipatory bail plea by rape-accused government pleader

Justice Gopinath P passed the order following a request made by the complainant’s counsel and the Additional Director General of Prosecution.

On a request by the prosecution, the Court also directed that a connected plea by the complainant to quash another criminal case in which she was the victim, be posted along with the anticipatory bail plea.
