National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC), New Delhi is inviting applications for Young Professional (Legal) for the year 2024.

About NCDC

National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC), a Statutory Corporation of Govt. of India under the Ministry of Cooperation, was established by an Act of Parliament (NCDC Act of 1962) for economic development through cooperative societies. The major objective of the Corporation is to promote, strengthen and develop the farmers’ cooperatives for increasing production and productivity and instituting post harvest facilities.

Eligibility

  • Age limit -35 Years
  • Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Law and enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council. 05 years post qualification experience in the areas of legal/ financial documentation, mortgages, guarantees, hypothecation, recovery suits/ claims etc. and matters relating to litigation in different Courts of Law/ Tribunals preferably in banks/ financial institutions and conversant with use of computer and related software.
