The Court was hearing a bail matter in which Senior Advocate Mukul Rohatgi was appearing.
It questioned the need for senior lawyers to appear in such matters and humorously acknowledged the appearance Senior Advocate Sidharth Luthra, who was appearing virtually from a hill station.
“How much money do you want to make? Enjoy your vacations. Mr Sidharth (Luthra) where are you appearing from, which resort?” the Court remarked.
