Guidelines for the Competition
Eligibility
Open to everyone: Students, professionals, and enthusiasts from any field can participate.
Theme
Any Relevant Legal Topic.
This includes:
Reel Specifications
- Duration: Reels should be between 60 to 90 seconds.
- Format: Submit in MP4 or MOV format.
- Resolution: Minimum 720p for clear and crisp visuals.
- Language: English or Hindi (ensure clarity and proper diction).
- Lighting: Ensure good lighting to make your video visually appealing.
- Sound: Use clear audio, preferably with an external microphone, for better sound quality.
- Background: Use a clean and uncluttered background to maintain professionalism.
We are sharing a few links to our reels for your reference, but please do not feel restricted by them! Let your creativity flow freely.
Content Requirements
- Professional and Formal Tone: Please ensure that you do not include memes or informal content in your submission. Ensure the reel maintains a professional demeanour.
- Creativity: Use your creativity to make the content engaging and visually appealing.
- Originality: Reels must be original and not previously published or submitted to other competitions.
- Credits: Properly credit any external sources (e.g., images, music, references) used in your reel.
- Captions: Provide engaging captions for the reel to ensure content clarity.
- Compliance: Adhere to all community standards and avoid any offensive or inappropriate content.
Please Note:
- By submitting, you grant Lawctopus the right to use your reel for promotional purposes.
- Participants can submit multiple reels but must ensure each submission is unique.
Editing Skills
- Participants should have basic video editing skills to ensure the reel’s quality.
- Editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, and even mobile apps like InShot or KineMaster are encouraged.
