Adv. H.B. Keshava is a 2014 alumnus of The University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun and later completed his Masters in Law from Indian Law Society’s ILS Law College, Pune.
He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Baskaran and Associates LLP with the goal to serve start-ups and young companies in the fields of IPR and Corporate Law. The firm has gone on to serve many MNCs as well.
He has also been a guest lecturer at many different institutes including Symbiosis Law School, Lawctopus Law School, and Career Launcher.
Keshava also teaches Trademark Law & Practice and Copyright Law & Practice at Lawctopus Law School.
Host
Tanuj Kalia, the founding CEO of Lawctopus, graduated from NUJS Kolkata in 2013 and completed his MA in Law Politics and Society from AUD in 2019.
He’s the author of the book ‘Law as a Career’ (published by LexisNexis in 2015) and has keynoted at various forums, including TEDx, leading private colleges, and NLUs.
He’s also the winner of the Business World Legal 40 under 40 award and is currently training to be an ICF-certified coach.

About the 1-Year Long Diploma in Intellectual Property and Technology Laws
Marwadi University and Lawctopus Law School are offering a 1-year long Online Diploma in Intellectual Property and Technology Laws.
The Diploma in Intellectual Property and Technology Laws is a 24-credit program consisting of 8 courses of 2 credits each, an internship of 4 credits, and a dissertation of 4 credits.
