Appearing for ED, advocate Zoheb Hossain, had opposed the bail application stating that the agency’s probe had found that a huge part of the loan of around ₹800 crore, which was sanctioned by the banks for the hotel project, was siphoned off by Gehlot, his company AHPL and his associates through a web of companies owned and controlled by them.
