I am Mahadevan, working as a product manager at a reputed organization.
Overall Journey-
It all started with a skeptical mindset as I entered the pre-learning program. Looking back, it’s a good choice I made by enrolling in the program. The recorded lecture contents were to the point not overtly mathematical but a right mix of application and concept. The weekly mentor and industry sessions provided a good complement. The assessment was thorough, and I was forced to take the contents seriously. The Capstone project was a perfect ending to the AIFL course. The fact that we could manage to get the desired value from the course in the busy schedule speaks volumes about the well-organized structure. Overall I’m fully satisfied and my expectations have been met.
I would like to thank the following people associated with this course:
i) Professors Dr. Abhinanda Sarkar and Dr. Kumar for their technical insights and explanation,
ii) Mr. Shabbir for the practical sessions and patient clarifications,
iii) Dr. Narayan and Mr. Anwesh for their project mentorship,
iv) Ms. Diksha, our program manager, for always being there to support and assist us with our requests. She did a great job.
Capstone Experience-
The Capstone Topic that my team and I worked on was AI-Powered Dreamhome Builder. We came up with the topic thanks to the guidance of our mentors and team brainstorming among our team members. The AI concepts applied in the Capstone Project were a recommendation system.
It was a wonderful experience that brought excellent teamwork and put up our AI/ML understanding for a good assessment. Completing the capstone came out as a great accomplishment for me and made me more confident as a leader to meet AI/ML in my line of work.
