Accords International (AcIn) is an organization working in the area of conflict resolution. It is passionate about discovering innovative techniques in mediation and restorative justice for widening their scope as a mechanism of conflict resolution. AcIn supports people in confronting misunderstandings and conflicts at their home, workplace, and community in general.
About the Campus Ambassador Programme
AcIn’s Campus Ambassador Programme is an opportunity for students to act as connexons between Accords International and their institution. It opens the prospects to develop liaising, professional, marketing and leadership skill, to gain an edge in the competitive global market.
This position will be basically to build relationships with students, faculty, and professionals, and communicating our proposal(s) to your institution.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote Social Media Handle – The Campus Ambassadors are expected to promote AcIn’s Social Media Handles among their college students and other peer groups.
- Networking – Be a bridge between AcIn and your College.
- Event Promotion – Campus Ambassadors would be asked to promote AcIn’s events (Essay Writing Comp., Article Writing Comp. etc.) among your college students. Each Registration that you bring to one will fetch will get a commission of flat 5%. The Commission will be paid after the event.
- Notice Board Promotion – Campus Ambassadors should promote AcIn’s posters through their college’s notice board.
- Email Promotion – Campus Ambassadors will also be required to promote AcIn’s events/ notifications among the college students.
Eligibility
Students of Law, Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Management, and Political Science can apply. They may be from any year of study.
Remuneration
There will be no fixed remuneration for the Campus Ambassador Programme. However, AcIn will allow a 10% discount on all trainings it organises based on candidate’s performance.
Terms of Service
Campus Ambassadors are expected to-
- Understand and respect the deadlines given to them.
- Be Proactive and have active involvement in college events.
- Be willing to work for 6-8 hours a week.
- Be associated with AcIn for at least 12 months.
- Be true and honest in all the dealings.

Selection Process
- Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
- After review of applications and CV (Not more than 2 Pages) by AcIn, the candidate will be sent a confirmation email (if selected).
- Candidate’s application will stay in our database for a period of 6 months. Even if a candidate is eligible, there is no guarantee of placement.
