SCBA writes to CJI NV Ramana, raises demand for using Supreme Court auditorium for hosting farewell functions

The SCBA claimed in the letter to the CJI that its members are being treated as “complete strangers” to the Supreme Court, whereas the Registry staff, including Class III and Class IV staff, are treated as owners of the institution.

This was said in context of members of the Bar not being allowed to use the new complex’s canteen and requiring a special pass for their cars to enter, apart from the fact no progress has allegedly been made on the construction of new cubicles and chambers.
