Ingredients for Spicy & Crispy Lamb Chops
- Lamb Chops or Boneless Mutton – 7 big chunks
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 2 tblspn
- Rice Flour / Arisi Mavu – 2 tblspn
- Gram Flour / Besan / Kadalai Mavu – 2 tblspn
- All Purpose Flour / Maida – 2 tblspn
- Salt to taste
- Garam Masala Powder – 2 tsp
- Vinegar or Lemon Juice – 2 tblspn
- Water as needed
- Oil for frying
How to make Spicy & Crispy Lamb Chops
- Place the meat between two sheet of plastic and bash it with a rolling pin till it is thinner.
- Take all the ingredients except, meat and oil in a bowl and mix well to a smooth paste.
- Now add in the meat and mix well. Leave this to marinate for 4 hours.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, drop meat in oil and cook on low to medium heat for 15 mins. Flip over and cook for another 12 mins. Now flip over and increase the heat to high and cook for 2 mins till it gets crispy.
- Remove to a plate and serve hot.
