We have been gaining a lot of weight recently, so hubby and i have decided to go on a diet. So you will be seeing lots of diet and weight loss recipes on yummy tummy. I hope this will help so many people out there.
Now coming to today’s recipe, it is green tea. When you are in diet, drinking green tea and natural hot drinks helps in weight loss. I make so many version of hot drinks..Mostly i will be consuming green tea a lot. Many of my viewers asked me how to make green tea, so here i am sharing my version of it.

Ingredients
- Water – 2 servings glassful
- Green Tea – ½ tsp
- Honey to taste (optional)
How to make Green Tea
- Take water in a sauce pan, bring it to a rolling boil.
- Now take it off the heat and add in green tea. Cover the pan with a lid and let it sit for 3 to 5 mins.
- Strain and enjoy.
- You can add honey to taste, even some lemon juice can be added. But i dont add anything to it.
