A notification to this effect was published on the website of Department of Law & Justice on Sunday.
The nine advocates who have been cleared for appointment are:
– Biswaroop Chowdhury;
– Partha Sarthi Sen;
– Prasenjit Biswas;
– Uday Kumar;
– Ajay Kumar Gupta;
– Supratim Bhattacharya;
– Partha Sarthi Chatterjee;
– Apurba Sinha Ray; and
– Md Shabbar Rashidi.
