Think about this, if you got all the vegetables already cut, cooked and kept ready in the freezer how you will feel…That’s what I am trying to post for you. The one thing is you should find some time for you to do all these work. Then you can cook in breeze always.
About Frozen Carrots & Beans
Carrots and Beans are the most important things which you need either if you make korma, or any pulav or any dish. I mostly buy them in bulk, later I found that most of the veggies get spoiled when they sit in the fridge for weeks. So I started to freeze them and now this is working for me like anything. I am loving my frozen veggies. You can freeze cauliflower, peas, corn like this.
I use these to make pulav, briyani, korma, upmas, soup or even in noodles. I hope you will love my idea and please share your freezing idea.
