About the Organisation
RegTech Start-Up is a simplifying export-import (EXIM) trade for Indian MSMEs to help them go and grow in global markets.
Roles & Responsibilities
The selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities would include:
- Conduct sector/industry-specific regulatory research of international trade laws
- Extract targeted regulatory insights from varied qualitative data sources (statutes, laws, rules, regulations, etc.)
- Conduct research on sector/industry-specific problems faced by Indian MSMEs in the global market
- Conduct research on how ESG regulations and SDGs can be connected to international trade regulations
- Assist team in integrating RegTech with FinTech product components
- Support founder(s) in executing their ‘Product Build’ roadmaps
- Work on any other assigned task(s) as may be required on a need basis

Preferred Skills
- The candidate should be proficient with MS Office
- Candidate must have a self-starter attitude
- Should be willing to operate and perform as a responsible individual contributor in a virtual environment
- Candidates should have the ability to connect dots, see-through patterns, and draw meaningful insights both from qualitative and quantitative data
- Preference will be given to students who have worked for/interned at policy think tanks, chambers of commerce, government ministries, and/or export promotion councils
- Preference will be given to students who are keen to build their careers in the field of governance, public policy, commercial law, or trade regulations research domains
