Justice Chandrachud emphasised that observations by judges could be corrected by lawyers as well, and the same were merely dialogues during hearings.
“Social media thinks that every time we say something that’s the judgment. Lawyers can correct us also, it’s only for a dialogue,” the judge remarked while hearing a plea by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) seeking to amend its Constitution.
